Standard Products
Most in-stock products are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is received.
Products With Extended Lead Times
Certain products may require additional sourcing, customization, or preparation. These products typically have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.
The applicable lead time will be identified on the individual product listing whenever an extended lead time applies.

Shipping
Orders are shipped using available carriers and services selected by Zedqo Inc. or according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping transit time begins after the order has been processed and shipped. The shipping time does not include the product's processing or lead time.
